Hier wird nicht aufgewärmt, hier wird gemacht. Der Teig für Pide, Lahmacun und Dürüm wird erst nach der Bestellung ausgerollt und frisch im Ofen gebacken – das schmeckt man bei jedem Bissen. Klar, das dauert ein paar Minuten länger, aber Qualität hat nun mal keine Eile. Dienstag ist Pflichttermin: 100 % reines Rindfleisch und einfach brutal gut. Wer echtes Handwerk will statt Fast-Food, ist hier goldrichtig.
